I had a mixed experience at this resort. While the location was fantastic, making it easy to access the nearby slopes and trails, the room I was given was quite outdated and felt a bit claustrophobic. The service was kind and made an effort to celebrate my fiancé's birthday, but there were several hiccups during our stay. The breakfast choices were not what I expected, leaving something to be desired.

Rooms
5.0
The room was half-submerged underground, which made it feel cramped and outdated. Although it had air purifiers, the hard bed made it uncomfortable overall.
Service

The staff went above and beyond to make my fiancé's birthday special and were very helpful during check-in.

The facilities were limited, especially with no proper breakfast room and the dining area being closed at certain times.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel with a fantastic location right across from the mountain. The heated pool was a perfect way to relax after a long day of skiing, and the restaurant exceeded our expectations with its delicious farm-to-table food. On the downside, our room felt a bit dated, and there was some noise from the hallway that was distracting at times. Overall, we loved our experience and will definitely be back!

I had a wonderful experience at the Mountain Inn, where the COVID safety measures really put my mind at ease. The hotel is beautifully renovated and offers great service, making it the perfect spot for a last-minute ski getaway. However, I did hear complaints from some guests about their rooms, which might not be as satisfactory if booked through certain channels. Overall, the stay was relaxing and quite enjoyable.

The location is perfect for winter sports, just a stone's throw from the slopes, and is also conveniently close to several local restaurants.
Dining

Dining at the on-site restaurant, The Distillery, was a highlight, especially after a day of skiing. The atmosphere was cozy, and the views were beautiful, though I didn't try breakfast.
Facilities

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. It was convenient enough with its location just across from the main lodge and offered a decent free breakfast. However, the property felt quite dated, and the amenities were not up to modern standards. While the staff was friendly, the overall vibe was stuck in the past, making it hard to fully enjoy my stay. It’s a reasonable option for a quick getaway, but not ideal for longer trips.

Rooms
5.0
The room we stayed in was a bit cramped, especially for four people, and it felt outdated. The bathroom arrangement was peculiar, with the sink in the bedroom.
Service

The staff was friendly and accommodating, which made our check-in process smooth despite the overall state of the hotel.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located just across from the main lodge, making it easy to access the ski slopes and other amenities nearby.
Dining

The free breakfast was decent enough with some enjoyable options like waffles, though the eggs left something to be desired.
Facilities

The facilities felt quite outdated, particularly the pool, which is heated but too small for larger groups.

5.2/10

I had quite a mixed experience staying at the hotel. On one hand, the COVID safety measures were impressive, and the service was outstanding. On the other hand, I encountered issues with the room, including a musty smell and inadequate air conditioning. The dining options also left a lot to be desired, lacking variety for breakfast. Overall, it certainly has potential, but some aspects need improvement.

Rooms
5.0
The room was small and had a musty smell when I arrived, which was disappointing. The air conditioning struggled to cool the space properly, and I wasn't impressed with the overall layout.
Service
Location
6.0
The location was decent, but nothing particularly special stood out considering other options nearby. It worked for what we needed but didn’t wow us.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast was a bit lacking, mostly just pastries and cereal without any hearty options, which I expected more of given the price of our stay.
Facilities
6.0
Facilities seemed okay, but some amenities were missing. There was no coffee maker in the room and the ice situation was inconvenient.
